To accept and manage online reservation requests through our website, we use the reservation system OpenTable, provided by OpenTable, Inc. Using OpenTable enables us to electronically collect personal information of our guests (“guest data”):
This data is processed to handle your reservation and ensure that the requested table is reserved in your name. The legal basis is our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. Guest data is not automatically deleted after the reservation but may be used to create a personal guest profile in OpenTable. You have the right to request deletion of your guest data at any time. If deletion occurs before the reservation date, the booking will be cancelled.
Some reservations may require a credit card guarantee to protect us in case of unexcused no-shows. The following payment information may be collected:
Payment information is processed directly by OpenTable and its payment providers. We do not have access to or store card data on our systems.
Guest data may be used within OpenTable to create guest profiles, which help us personalize our services (e.g., preferred language, allergies, birthday, customer category). Profiles may include information from past visits such as time, table, spending, or no-shows. You may request deletion of your profile at any time.
When you place an order through our website, you are redirected to Wolt. Wolt is responsible for processing all personal data related to orders, payment and delivery. We may receive limited order information for service and accounting purposes.
We are the controller within the meaning of Art. 4 (7) GDPR regarding guest data, payment information and guest profiles. OpenTable and Wolt act as processors or independent controllers depending on the processing activity.
