We use the OpenTable reservation system (OpenTable, Inc.) to accept and manage online bookings. Personal data collected (“guest data”):
– First and last name
– Telephone number and email address
– Number of guests, date and time of reservation
– (Address, optional)
– (Company name, optional)
Purpose: Processing and managing your reservation.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) b GDPR (contract performance). Creating or maintaining a personal guest profile (e.g. language, preferences) is based on Art. 6 (1) f GDPR (legitimate interest). You have the right to object at any time (Art. 21 GDPR).Information about allergies or other health-related details is processed only with your explicit consent (Art. 9 (2) a GDPR) and deleted after your visit unless you choose otherwise.Data may be processed by OpenTable in the United States; transfers are covered by recognized data protection frameworks.
For certain reservations, a credit card guarantee may be required. The following data may be collected:
– Name of the card issuer
– Name of the cardholder
– Expiration date
– Card number and verification code
Payment data are processed directly by OpenTable and its payment service providers. We do not access or store your card data.Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) b GDPR (reservation terms) and Art. 6 (1) f GDPR (protection against no-shows).
Guest data may be used within OpenTable to create personal profiles (e.g. preferred language, allergies, birthdays, or visit history) to improve service quality. You can request deletion of your guest profile at any time.
When you place an order via our website, you are redirected to Wolt. Wolt is responsible for processing personal data related to your order, payment, and delivery.We receive only the information necessary for service and accounting purposes.Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) b, c GDPR.
